Supplemental appropriation to the Department of Homeland Security from the unappropriated surplus balance for fiscal year 2026.

This bill supplements and amends the appropriations of public moneys from the unappropriated surplus balance in the State Fund, General Revenue, to the Department of Homeland Security, specifically the Office of the Secretary, for fiscal year 2026. The appropriation is for the 8a Fusion Center and amounts to $132,000.
