Supplemental appropriation to the Department of Homeland Security for Correctional Units from the unappropriated surplus balance.

This bill supplements and amends the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, by adding a new item of appropriation to the Department of Homeland Security, Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation – Correctional Units. The appropriation is sourced from the unappropriated surplus balance in the State Fund, General Revenue. The bill allocates $84,600 for inmate medical expenses.
