Allows bars to purchase liquor from distilleries or mini-distilleries within 10 miles.

This bill amends the Code of West Virginia to allow bars to purchase liquor from distilleries or mini-distilleries if the bar is within 10 miles of the distillery or mini-distillery and the liquor was made at the distillery or mini-distillery. Bars can purchase liquor for on-premises and off-premises consumption. The bill also outlines provisions for sales tax, complimentary samples, and limitations on production.
