Allows intergovernmental agreements with the West Virginia Land Stewardship Corporation for land reuse.

This bill amends the West Virginia Land Reuse Agency Authorization Act to allow intergovernmental agreements with the Land Stewardship Corporation. It specifies that a land reuse agency can be created by a land reuse jurisdiction through an ordinance. The corporation can enter into agreements with local governments to act as a land reuse agency. The corporation is exempt from taxation and cannot issue tax-exempt financing or bonds. It can procure insurance, invest its money, and enter into contracts for property management.
