Establishes the Office of Entrepreneurship within the Office of Economic Development to support and enhance entrepreneurship in West Virginia.

The bill creates the Office of Entrepreneurship within the Office of Economic Development to strengthen policies and programs supporting entrepreneurship. It aims to enhance learning and skills, provide technical support, and expand access to resources for entrepreneurs. The Office will also serve as a point of contact for businesses in operation for up to five years, referring them to appropriate state or local agencies. The Office will submit annual reports to the Legislative Commission, including data on state contracts awarded to new businesses and recommendations for improvement.
