Expands Healthy School Meals for All by maximizing participation in the Community Eligibility Provision.

The bill supports statewide expansion of Healthy School Meals for All by maximizing participation in the Community Eligibility Provision or other meal programs. It requires county boards of education to establish and operate school nutrition programs that provide nutritious breakfast and lunch to all students. Schools and school districts must maximize federal funding for school breakfast and lunches, ensuring they are provided at no cost to students. The state Office of Child Nutrition will report annually on the impacts of the Feed to Achieve Act and any recommendations for legislation.
