Allows burning of obsolete farm structures if uninsured and reported to authorities.

West Virginia HB5025 permits the burning of obsolete farm structures if they are uninsured and the owner submits a notarized letter of intent to the county assessor and local fire department seven days before the burn. The letter must state that the structure is uninsured. The burning must also comply with all permitting requirements of the Department of Environmental Protection.
