Expands the annual capitation rate review to include additional programs for providers.

The Bureau for Medical Services will conduct an annual study reviewing the adequacy and appropriateness of the reimbursement rates for the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Waiver Program, the Aged and Disable Waiver Program, the Personal Care Services Program, and the Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver Program. The bureau will compare equivalent programs both in and out of state to determine appropriate rates. The study will include recommendations for any adjustments deemed appropriate, such as annual inflationary costs and costs arising from amendments to existing contracts.
