This bill amends the West Virginia Code to allow parties in a case before the Human Rights Commission to remove the matter to the appropriate circuit court. It permits an aggrieved person to file a verified complaint with the commission, which must include details of the alleged discriminatory practice. If the commission finds probable cause, it will attempt to eliminate the practice through conciliation and persuasion. If no probable cause is found, the commission will dismiss the complaint.
