This bill seeks to amend the West Virginia Code to allow civil actions for alienation of affection and criminal conversation. These actions can be brought against natural or juridical persons if they occur after the plaintiff and their spouse physically separate with the intent to remain permanent. The bill prohibits these actions if they were instituted before March 6, 1969. Additionally, such actions must be commenced within three years of the last act giving rise to the cause of action.
