The bill allows Workforce West Virginia to actively reach out to unemployment compensation filers with available jobs that fit their prior job history and salary range. It mandates that Workforce West Virginia share open positions submitted by the Division of Personnel or any other state-administered job board with individuals applying for or receiving unemployment benefits.
