Allows religious exemptions from mandatory immunizations for school children and employees.

West Virginia HB4947 allows exemptions from mandatory immunizations for school children and employees based on religious beliefs. Parents or legal guardians can request an exemption by providing a notarized certification of religious objection. The bill also allows provisional enrollment for students while they complete required immunizations. Employers cannot penalize employees for exercising this exemption right.
