Establishes a special method for valuing specialized high-technology property for ad valorem property taxation.

This bill amends the West Virginia Code to change the valuation method for certain specialized high-technology property. Specifically, it sets the value of servers and tangible personal property used in high-technology or Internet advertising businesses at their salvage value for property tax purposes. This change applies to businesses with a valuation over $100 million.
