Authorizes airport authorities to use FAA-approved project delivery methods for airport capital improvement projects.

This bill amends the West Virginia Code to authorize airport authorities to use project delivery methods approved by the Federal Aviation Administration for airport capital improvement projects. These methods include integrated project delivery, construction manager-at-risk, design-build, and progressive design-build.
