Establishes the date for the primary election for the office of the President of the United States in West Virginia.

West Virginia HB4751 amends the Code of West Virginia to set the date for the primary election for the office of the President of the United States. It specifies that these elections will be held on the third Tuesday in February, starting in 2028 and every fourth year thereafter. This bill does not change the date for other primary elections, which remain on the second Tuesday in May.
