Directs medical examiners to submit all available information that may aid in the identification of human remains to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System and the West Virginia State Police. Requires the West Virginia State Police to submit all available information that may aid in the identification of human remains to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System and to all other appropriate law-enforcement databases. Prohibits medical examiners from disposing of or materially altering unidentified human remains before certain actions are taken.
