Removes age limitations for fire service applicants in West Virginia.

This bill amends the Code of West Virginia to remove age limitations for applicants seeking to join the paid fire department. Previously, applicants had to be between 18 and 35 years old, but this bill removes that restriction. It also allows honorably discharged veterans to apply up to age 40. The bill further allows individuals who have previously served on a paid fire department for over a year to apply again, regardless of age.
