This bill amends the Code of West Virginia to provide free vehicle registrations and license plates for volunteer firefighters who have accrued at least five years of service. Eligible firefighters must present an affidavit from their chief confirming their participation for five years or more. This exemption does not apply to commercial vehicles owned or operated by the volunteer firefighter.
