Authorizes the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy to create rules for immunizations administered by pharmacists, interns, and technicians.

West Virginia HB4311 authorizes the Board of Pharmacy to establish legislative rules for immunizations administered by pharmacists, pharmacy interns, and pharmacy technicians. This bill modifies a previous rule to address objections from the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee. The rule, which was filed in the State Register on July 24, 2025, was refiled on October 22, 2025. The Board of Pharmacy will have the authority to create these rules under Section 64-9-1 of the West Virginia Code.
