Authorizes the Insurance Commission to create a rule for credit for reinsurance.

This bill amends the Code of West Virginia to authorize the Insurance Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to credit for reinsurance. The rule, previously filed in the State Register, was modified to meet objections from the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee. The purpose is to allow the Insurance Commissioner to establish guidelines for credit for reinsurance.
