Authorizes the Office of Inspector General to create rules for syringe services program licensure.

This bill authorizes the Office of Inspector General to promulgate a legislative rule relating to syringe services program licensure. The rule was previously filed in the State Register on July 25, 2025, and modified to meet objections from the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee before being refiled on December 23, 2025. The bill amends Section 64-5B-1 of the Code of West Virginia to reflect this authorization.
