Authorizes the West Virginia Department of Health to create rules for emergency medical services.

West Virginia HB4217 authorizes the Department of Health to establish legislative rules for emergency medical services. This bill amends Section 64-5-1 of the West Virginia Code to allow the Department of Health to promulgate rules concerning emergency medical services. The rules must meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and be filed in the State Register.
