West Virginia HB4210 authorizes the Department of Environmental Protection to create emission standards for hazardous air pollutants. The bill amends Section 64-3-1 of the Code of West Virginia, allowing the Department to promulgate a legislative rule on this matter. This rule was initially filed in the State Register on July 23, 2025, under the authority of Section 22-5-4.
