West Virginia HB4146 requires all public school employees to be fully vaccinated according to the pediatric schedule, prohibiting religious or philosophical exemptions. Employees who travel to states permitting vaccine exemptions must quarantine for 21 days upon return. Visitors to public schools must also be vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination. Students, teachers, administrators, and staff traveling to states with vaccine exemptions must quarantine for 21 days upon return, with students allowed to complete coursework remotely.
