Provides $500 Christmas bonuses to eligible state employees if surplus revenues exceed $100 million annually.
Grants eligible state employees with three or more years of service an annual Christmas bonus of $500 if state surplus revenues exceed $100 million annually. This bonus is in addition to any other salary increases granted by the Legislature. The purpose of this bill is to provide financial incentives to eligible employees based on state surplus revenues.
