Eliminates specific gender-neutral terms from West Virginia government communications.

The bill mandates the replacement of certain gender-neutral terms with female-affirming alternatives in all West Virginia government documents, websites, literature, and in-person communications. It prohibits the use of exclusionary, sexist language in state government business. Effective immediately, terms such as "pregnant people" must be replaced with "pregnant women" or "pregnant mom," and "chestfeeding" with "breastfeeding." This bill takes effect on June 1, 2026.
