Relating to establishing a process for the Department of Highways to receive complaints from the public relating to public road hazards

The purpose of this bill is to establish a reporting and monitoring system for dangerous highway conditions and to require the Division of Highways to track, report and address dangerous highway conditions; provides limited liability to the state for acts of negligence; and provides rulemaking authority.
