Relating to requiring certain information with an absentee ballot

The purpose of this bill is to protect absentee voters' personal information from being displayed on the outside of an absentee ballot envelope sent through the mail, and to require personally identifiable information to be provided with an absentee ballot, which information is to be reviewed by county election officials and verified against official registration records to confirm the identity of absentee voters.
