From the Legislature

The purpose of this bill is to require utility companies to expand the integrated resource plans filed with the Public Service Commission to include comprehensive analyses and descriptions and describe current and potential future uses of advanced transmission technologies that detail economic and technological feasibility, optimization, reliability, and resiliency, and list other technologies designed to increase and optimize efficiency, safety, reliability, resilience, and capacity.
