The bill aims to use artificial intelligence to improve Washington's regulatory climate by streamlining language in rules and regulatory guidance documents. By December 31, 2026, the Office of Regulatory Assistance must produce an artificial intelligence-generated analysis of all rules and guidance documents issued by state agencies. Each agency must establish a schedule to review all guidance documents and leverage artificial intelligence and human review at least once every four years.
