Washington SB5996 adds a new section to chapter 69.30 RCW, prohibiting the Department from raising fees for commercial shellfish harvest licenses, shellstock shipper licenses, shucker-packer plants licenses, export certificates, biotoxin testing, and paralytic shellfish poisoning monitoring above the amounts established as of June 30, 2025, until June 30, 2027.
