The bill mandates the committee to conduct a thorough review and evaluation of the training benefits program. This review must occur three years after the implementation of the training benefits portion of chapter 4, Laws of 2011, and every five years thereafter. Additionally, the review must take place in any year the employment security department suspends obligation of training benefits funds.
