The bill establishes the Washington guaranteed admissions program to increase equity, access, and credential completion in the state. It requires school districts, charter schools, state-tribal education compact schools, and institutional education providers to enter into data-sharing agreements with participating institutions. Participating institutions include regional universities, the state college, at least one campus of each state university, and tribal institutions. Institutions may opt out of the program.
