Washington SB5122 enacts the uniform antitrust premerger notification act, which requires persons filing a premerger notification to submit a complete electronic copy of the Hart-Scott-Rodino form to the attorney general. This applies to those with a principal place of business in the state, those with annual net sales in the state of at least 20 percent of the filing threshold, or providers conducting business in the state. The attorney general cannot charge a fee for filing or providing the form or additional documentary material.
