This bill sets reimbursement limits for primary care, behavioral health, and hospital services for public employees. It mandates that reimbursement for primary care services must be at least 150% of Medicare's reimbursement for similar services, and for nonfacility-based behavioral health services, it must also be at least 150%. For hospital services, reimbursement cannot exceed the lesser of billed charges, the contractor's contracted rate, or a specified percentage of Medicare's reimbursement.
