Establishes a committee to review public disclosure exemptions and provide recommendations.

The bill creates the Public Records Exemptions Accountability Committee to review exemptions from public disclosure. The committee will receive an annual list of exemptions from the code reviser and develop a review schedule. Members, appointed by the governor, attorney general, state auditor, senate president, and house speaker, will consider input from interested parties. The committee must meet at least four times a year and will provide recommendations on each exemption by November 15th. The attorney general and office of financial management will provide staff support.
