This bill amends existing laws to allow licensed domestic wineries to hold a spirits, beer, and wine restaurant license at one or more additional winery locations. The winery can operate with the same privileges and endorsements as those attached to the spirits, beer, and wine restaurant license. The bill also allows wineries to sell beer or wine at retail on the winery premises, subject to certain taxes and regulations.
