HB2254 modifies the assessment process for partnership access lines, psychiatric consultation lines, and first approach skills training programs. It permits the inclusion of reasonable costs for the administration of the assessment by a contracted third-party administrator in the total assessment on entities not covered by programs administered pursuant to chapter 74.09 RCW. The authority may contract with a third-party administrator to calculate and administer these assessments.
