Establishes committees to explore creating two autonomous regions in Washington state.

The bill establishes a joint legislative task force to create two autonomous regions in Washington state, the Puget Sound region and the Columbia region. Each region would have its own regional governors, legislators, and judges. The task force will select members for the Puget Sound region committee and the Columbia region committee, determine funding, and develop a plan for the creation of the regions. The plan will be reported to the appropriate committees of the legislature by December 31, 2026.
