Establishes a Center for Environmentally Sustainable Urban Design to promote health and sustainability in urban areas.

The bill creates a Center for Environmentally Sustainable Urban Design within the Department of Commerce to encourage environmentally sustainable urban design in first-class cities and other urban areas. The center will advocate for sustainable design, coordinate design competitions, and award grants for priority projects. An Advisory Council on Environmentally Sustainable Urban Design will provide recommendations to the center.
