This bill amends Washington state law to allow multiple liquor licensees to operate within a facility owned and leased by another liquor licensee or person. The facility owner may be one of the licensees but is not required to be. Each licensee must operate out of their own premises on the facility property. The bill also clarifies that nothing in the provisions authorizes a licensee to engage in privileges not authorized under their license terms.
