Extends the water supply milestone for the Yakima river basin integrated plan to 2035.
The bill amends existing laws to extend the water supply facility permit and funding milestone for the Yakima river basin integrated water resource management plan to June 30, 2035. This extension allows more time to secure permits and funding for water supply facilities designed to provide at least 214,000 acre feet of water. The land management provisions and the transitional postacquisition management plan are also adjusted to align with this new milestone.
