Transfers dedicated accounts for certain professional licenses to the business and professions account.
This bill creates the business and professions account in the state treasury, requiring all receipts from business or professional licenses, registrations, certifications, renewals, examinations, or civil penalties to be deposited into this account. It repeals existing dedicated accounts for architects, funeral and cemetery, landscape architects, geologists, and appraisal management companies, transferring their balances to the new account.
