Employers and property managers who provide financial incentives for employees and workers to use public transportation, car sharing, ride sharing, or nonmotorized commuting before January 1, 2035, can claim a tax credit. The bill also sets a cap on the total tax credits allowed per fiscal year and prohibits credits from being claimed after June 30, 2035.
