This includes gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues, synthetic antiandrogen drugs, testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and surgeries such as metoidioplasty, phalloplasty, and vaginoplasty. Exceptions are made for minors born with a medically verifiable disorder of sex development or diagnosed with a disorder of sexual development by a physician.
