The bill establishes the Virginia National Guard TRICARE Reimbursement Fund to cover the costs of TRICARE dental insurance plan premiums and TRICARE Reserve Select health insurance plan premiums for Virginia National Guard members. The Fund, administered by the Office of the Adjutant General and the Department of Military Affairs, will not revert to the general fund at the end of each fiscal year. Interest earned on moneys in the Fund will remain in the Fund.
