The bill establishes guidelines for the cleanup of residential property and other sites contaminated by fentanyl and other illicit drugs. The Board may adopt or incorporate by reference the American National Standard for Professional Remediation of Precursors, Drug Residues, and Associated Chemical Waste, but must ensure the guidelines are consistent with the ANSI/IICRC S900 Standard.
