Establishes the Middle Eastern and North African Advisory Board in Virginia to strengthen ties with the community.

The bill creates the Middle Eastern and North African Advisory Board in Virginia. The Board will consist of nonlegislative citizen members, at least some of whom must be of Middle Eastern or North African descent. Members will be appointed by the Governor and serve at their pleasure. The Board will have the power to strengthen governmental links between Virginia and the Middle Eastern and North African community. The Board will also present recommendations to the Governor on issues of concern and importance to the community. The Board will expire on June 30, 2029.
