The Committee will be composed of eight members, four from the House and four from the Senate. The Committee will issue a report annually detailing examined issues, current objectives, and met objectives. The Committee will also consult with relevant State agencies and departments, nonprofit and community-based organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
