For a third offense within 20 years, the penalty includes a fine up to $2,500, imprisonment up to five years, and at least 96 hours of consecutive imprisonment. For a fourth or subsequent offense within 20 years, the penalty includes a fine up to $5,000, imprisonment up to 10 years, and at least 192 hours of consecutive imprisonment.
